Based in the old German bunker at L'Etacq (now converted to Viviers), we are buying, storing and selling all types of seafood from all over the world, from local live & cooked lobsters and crabs to fresh fish and frozen prawns. The seafood is sold by wholesale to local restaurants, hotels and supermarkets. It is also sold by retail to those who wish to come down to the sea here at L'Etacq and buy direct.

Also based at L'Etacq, the export part of the business specialises in exporting live shellfish and fresh fish from the Channel Islands and England to France.
In 1985 I built my first Vivier truck, and in 1988 purchased MFV “Corentine”an 18 metre fishing vessel, ideal for transporting the live shellfish and fresh fish to France. Both these are operated by the Export company and are based outside of Jersey.

The company at the market specialises in selling seafood by retail. A traditional fishmongers shop which I purchased in 1984, set in the historic buildings of the Jersey Markets, in the heart of St. Helier.
